以矿渣、粉煤灰等为原料制备地聚合物,研究了M(矿渣/粉煤灰)、水玻璃模数、NaOH浓度对地聚合物材料扩展度和抗压强度的影响规律.结果表明:水对地聚合物的扩展度影响大; 矿渣含量越高,地聚合物的抗压强度也越大,而粉煤灰的增加会导致地聚合物强度下降.通过灰关联分析得到地聚合物综合效益指标最优的配比为M(矿渣/粉煤灰)=0.8、碱激发剂模数为1.3,NaOH浓度为36%.

Slag and fiy ash were used as raw materials for the preparation of geopolymer,and the effects of M(slag/fly ash),sodium silicate modulus and NaOH concentration on the expansion and compressive strength of geopolymer were studied.The results show thatwater has great influence on the expansion of geopolymer.The increase of the slag content improves the compressive strength of geopolymer,but the increase of fly ash will lead to the opposite result.The optimal ratio of geopolymer is m(slag/fly ash)=0.8,alkali activator modulus is 1.3 and NaOH concentration is 36%.
