针对传统屈曲约束支撑自重大、端部易发生屈曲破坏等问题,提出一种新型切削十字型屈曲约束支撑,其具有自重轻、构造简单、造价低、缓解芯材因焊接而产生集中应力等特点,运用有限元软件 ABAQUS 对其进行数值模拟计算,分析不同宽厚比、不同填充材料对失效形式、耗能能力的影响.研究结果表明:核心段宽厚比较大的试件芯材连接段优先发生屈服破坏,核心段宽厚比较小的试件芯材中部先发生屈服破坏; 新型切削十字型屈曲约束支撑滞回曲线饱满,耗能良好; 轻骨料混凝土与普通混凝土作为填充材料耗能能力相近,但其能够有效降低结构自重.

Aiming at the problems of the traditional buckling constrained supports,such as the self-heavy and the end prone to buckling failure,a new type of cutting cross buckling constrained supports is proposed,which has the characteristics of self-light,simple structure,low cost and relieving the concentrated stress of the core material caused by welding.The finite element software ABAQUS was used to carry out numerical simulation calculation,and the influences of different width-thickness ratios and different filling materials on failure forms and energy dissipation capacity were analyzed.The results show that yield failure occurs first in the connection section of core material with large core width,and first in the middle section of core material with small core width.The new type of cutting cross with buckling constraint supports has high hysteretic curve and good energy consumption.The energy dissipation capacity of lightweight aggregate concrete is similar to that of ordinary concrete,but it can effectively reduce the dead weight of the structure.
