本文为研究铝合金与塑料组成的复合模板受力性能,针对常规铝合金模板试件和这种新型铝合金复合模板进行数值模拟,对比分析两者在承载力、刚度以及经济性等方面的差异.通过对两种模板模型的有限元分析,可以发现铝合金复合模板充分发挥铝合金与塑料的优势,具有重量轻、承载强、刚度好的特点,可以有效减少铝合金单位面积用量,进而降低施工成本,提高施工效率.

In this paper,in order to study the mechanical properties of composite formworks,which is composed of aluminum alloys and plastics,numerical simulations were conducted on conventional aluminum alloy formwork specimens and this new type of aluminum alloy composite formwork.The differences in bearing capacity,stiffness,and economy between them have been compared.According to the finite element analysis of the two formwork models,it could be found that the aluminum alloy composite formwork fully utilizes the advantages of aluminum alloy and plastic.This kind formwork has the characteristics of light weight,good load bearing capacity,and nice rigidity.Thus,it can effectively reduce the amount of aluminum alloy per unit area,and then reduce construction costs and improve construction efficiency.
