本文首先利用ANSYS 软件分析管道泄漏引起微应变量,设计以OP 07为核心的微应变量测量系统,系统通过应变测量电桥将微弱力信号转化为电信号,后由放大滤波电路及电压跟随器对微弱电信号进行处理.经实验分析,该系统处理后的信号被精确放大且线性优良,可以广泛应用于微弱应变信号测量.

This paper firstly uses ANSYS software to analyze the micro-variables caused by pipeline leakage,and designs the micro-variable measurement system with OP 07 as the core,this system converts the weak force signal into an electrical signal through the strain measurement bridge,and then the weak electrical signal is processed by the amplification filter circuit and the voltage follower.Through experimental analysis,the signal processed by the system is accurately amplified and linear,and can be widely applied to weak strain signal measurement.
