本文通过碳酸盐共沉淀法合成了掺Ho,Tm稀土离子的YAG纳米粉体,并利用粉体制备了YAG透明陶瓷.借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品进行了结构表征.结果表明,由碳酸盐共沉淀法,经高温 1 000 ℃烧结后,合成的纳米粉体颗粒粒径分布均一,满足制备透明陶瓷条件,该粉体经干压成型后,可得到透明的Ho,TmYAG陶瓷.由荧光测试结果分析可知,在2.01 μm(2 010 nm)处Ho,TmYAG陶瓷能稳定地发出激光,经透过率检测,陶瓷的透过率约为84.57%,透过率完全符合能发出激光的要求.SEM检测表明,陶瓷表面结构致密, 作为基质材料可稳定持续地发出激光.

YAG nano-powders doped with Ho and Tm rare earth ions were synthesized by carbonate coprecipitation method,and YAG transparent ceramics were prepared with the powders.The crystal structure and microstructure were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the particle size distribution of the nano-powders is uniform after sintering at 1 000 ℃ by carbonate coprecipitation method,which meets the conditions of preparing transparent ceramics, and transparent Ho and TmYAG ceramics can be obtained after dry pressing.The results of fluorescence test show that laser can steadily be emitted at 2.01 μm(2 010 nm).The transmittance of ceramics is about 84.57%.The transmittance of ceramics fully meets the requirements of laser emission.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)shows that the surface structure of ceramics is compact,and the laser can steadily be emitted and continuously as a matrix material.
