本文对采用工业回收钢纤维缠绕加固的钢筋混凝土矩形截面柱进行了轴心受压试验研究.本试验设计制作了6根矩形截面柱,其中2根分别为未加固柱和侧向粘贴钢板条未加固柱、4根均在侧向粘贴钢板条基础上缠绕钢纤维丝即分别为以10 mm间距的水平方式绕丝柱、以5 mm间距的水平方式绕丝柱、以20 mm间距的螺旋方式绕丝柱和以10 mm间距的螺旋方式绕丝柱.本文分析了钢筋混凝土矩形柱在轴心受压情况下,不同加固方式承载能力以及混凝土表面、纵筋和箍筋处应变的变化,比较了不同绕丝方式、不同绕丝间距对构件承载能力和延性性能的影响.结果表明,钢纤维绕丝加固可提高钢筋混凝土柱轴心受压承载力和延性性能,且绕丝间距越小,钢筋混凝土柱承载能力和延性提高的幅度越大.相同绕丝间距下,螺旋绕丝加固的钢筋混凝土柱承载能力及延性均优于水平绕丝加固.

In this paper,the axial compression test of reinforced concrete rectangular section column is carried out by industrial recycled steel fiber winding.The experimental design has produced six rectangular section columns.The first two are not reinforced columns and the laterally affixed steel strips are not reinforced columns.The other four are wound with steel fiber filaments on the side of the laterally affixed steel strips,which are respectively a horizontal winding method with a pitch of 10 mm,a horizontal winding method with a pitch of 5 mm,a spiral winding with a spacing of 20 mm,and The spiral wound wire method has a pitch of 10 mm around the wire.This test analyzes the load-bearing capacity of reinforced concrete rectangular columns under different axial reinforcement conditions and the strain at concrete surface,longitudinal reinforcement and stirrups.The influence of the different winding methods on the component bearing capacity and ductility performance was compared with the influence of the different winding intervals on the component bearing capacity and ductility performance.The test results show that the steel fiber reinforced wire reinforcement method can improve the axial bearing capacity and ductility of reinforced concrete columns; the smaller the wire spacing,the greater the increase of bearing capacity and ductility of reinforced concrete columns.Under the reinforced concrete column with spiral wire reinforcement method,the bearing capacity and ductility are better than the horizontal wire reinforcement method.
