摘要:
对薄壁型钢骨架与泡沫混凝土形成的轻钢与泡沫混凝土组合墙体进行拟静力试验研究.设计了6片组合墙体试件,其中型钢骨架间距分别为300 mm,200 mm和150 mm,每一间距对应泡沫混凝土密度为1 000 kg/m3和1 600 kg/m3.探讨不同型钢间距与泡沫混凝土密度对组合墙体中泡沫混凝土应变变化规律的影响.试验结果表明:当泡沫混凝土密度不变时,在密度为1 000 kg/m3情况下,型钢间距越小,泡沫混凝土的竖向应变增速越大; 在密度为1 600 kg/m3情况下,随着型钢间距变小,泡沫混凝土竖向应变的增加逐渐平缓,而当型钢间距不变时,泡沫混凝土的密度增大对其水平应变变化基本没有影响.
Abstract:
The pseudo-static test of the composite wall of lightweight steel and foam concrete formed by thin-walled steel frame and foam concrete was carried out.Six composite wall specimens were designed,among which the section steel spacing between 300 mm,200 mm and 150 mm respectively,and the density of foam concrete corresponding to each spacing was 1 000 kg/m3 and 1 600 kg/m3.The influence of different section steel spacing and foam concrete density on the variation of foamed concrete strain in composite wall is discussed.The experimental results show that when the density of foam concrete is constant,under the condition of density of 1 000 kg/m3,the smaller the section steel spacing is,the larger the vertical strain growth of foam concrete is.Under the condition of density of 1 600 kg/m3,the vertical strain of foam concrete gradually increases gently with the decrease of section steel spacing.The density of foam concrete has little effect on its horizontal strain when the section steel spacing is constant.
