摘要:
为研究辐射采暖结构层中蓄热材料热特性,降低供热系统能耗,设计了以泡沫金属与石蜡微胶囊为相变蓄热主体材料的复合式采暖蓄热结构层.实验采集了该复合相变蓄热采暖装置运行的温度数据,并在相同条件下,与其他蓄热材料蓄热状况进行了对比分析.实验结果表明,泡沫金属石蜡微胶囊复合相变蓄热结构的热传导被强化,相变响应时间被提前和蓄热效果被显著改善.
Abstract:
In order to study the thermal characteristics of the heat storage material in the radiation heating structure layer and reduce the energy consumption of the heating system,a composite heat storage structure layer with foam metal and paraffin microcapsule as the main materials of the phase-change heat storage was designed.The temperature data of the composite phase-change heat storage heating device were collected in the experiment,and compared with other heat storage materials under the same conditions.The experimental results show that the heat conduction of the composite phase-change heat storage structure of foam metal paraffin microcapsule is strengthened,the phase change response time is advanced,and the heat storage effect is significantly improved.
