摘要:
随着生活水平的提高,人们开始关注由室内装饰装修引发的室内空气污染问题,而地板是建筑室内装饰最为常用的材料.本文就此利用气候箱法和二硝基苯肼带紫外检测的高效液相色谱(DNPH-HPLC-UV)方法研究人造板中挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的释放行为,旨在分析VOC释放规律及其对人体健康的影响.研究结论表明,目前我国市场上的地板VOC的释放量与其单格有直接关系,价格越高的地板中VOC的释放量越低.另一方面,人造板中VOC的释放随时间呈显著衰减,且绝大部分的人造板稳定周期在30天左右; 我们检测所有地板经稳定期后VOC的释放量对使用者的健康没有直接危害.
Abstract:
With the improvement of living standard,people begin to pay attention to the problem of indoor air pollution caused by interior decoration, and floor is the most commonly used material for building interior decoration.In this paper,the release behavior of volatile organic compounds(VOC)in wood-based panel was studied by using the climate box method and DNPH-HPLC-UV method,in order to analyze the release rule of VOC and its impact on human health.The research conclusion shows that there is a direct relationship between the VOC release of flooring in China and its single grid,and the higher the price,the lower the VOC release of flooring; on the other hand,the VOC release of wood-based panel decreases significantly with time,and most of the stable period of wood-based panel is about 30 days; we detect that the VOC release of all flooring after the stable period has no impact on the health of users.
